Summer break is finally here and updates for the BMS eco-club has concluded until September! Since our website developers, Christina, Remie and I have graduated middle school, we hope the eco-club website and club itself will continue updating as well as being enthusiastic towards global warming awareness. I have sent an email to the school asking for new website developer(s) in September. If you are among them then I'd like to say in advance: congrats! :)
Thank you for viewing, and keep supporting the environment!

It seems like snow has swept through Toronto in the past two weeks when students stayed at home for winter break.
Now that the bracelets sale is done, please be patient as there is no further updates---for now!
However, you can still vote for the WWF animal. We will post the top three animals chosen when more instructions are given from our eco-club manager Ms. Yoshida.

The eco-club team is selling bracelets in the front foyer from November 26th to Christmas break everyday (which is 3 weeks). Our goal is to raise 40 dollars for the World Wildlife Fund foundation and adopt an endangered animal.
Please support by buying a bracelet! Photos of various designs will be posted soon. Meanwhile, take a look at this link and think about which animal you would want to adopt. I would personally suggest adopting one of the critically endangered animals. The emperor penguin chick or darwin's fox seems preferable, don't you think?
Okay, side story: I was wandering on the web for no apparent reason (maybe to learn some more science or something) and I reached this website. It was full of cheesy eco-slogans like "clean coal is dirty business" but here's a decent one: There is no Planet B. It makes sense and it's pretty meaningful. Anyways, there's are new links so check them out on your spare time, and a survey on the Home page. Remember to meet your fellow eco-club members in the front foyer!
